Bamboo Shoot Soup!!!

4 days ago, my roommate cooked Bamboo Shoot Soup, which is local north-east Thai food. I think I try it before once when I'm in Thailand. In this time after ate, it made me feel like something might come out from my ass, haha surely I have had diarrhea for 4 days. I already add it in the cannot-eat list T-T.

I just got a mail box from my friend. In the box, I got one of my favorite stuff 'redcurrant PUFFS from MARKS & SPENCER'. After taste it ummm I think I gotta go to find it by myself ... in UK haha. Thanks a lot my lovely friend.

Plasma is the Greek word, mean “formed” or “molded”. The word ‘plasma’ is first used in science world in the mid nineteenth century by the Czech physiologist Jan Evangelista Purkinje to call the clear fluid after remove the corpuscular material in blood [from Plasma book]. Afterwards, the American scientist Irving Langmuir introduces plasma in physic part in 1922 that the electrons, ions, and neutrals in an ionized gas could similar with that plasma also, called this entraining medium plasma. After that scientists who were motivated by a specific practical problem started to study about plasma physics.

So late for me to update blog, this new year I celebrated at P'Mai house same as last year. In this new year, it's no snow like last year. P'Mai cooked Gung-Chair-Num-Pla, Laab-Ped, Sai-Krog-E-Saan and Yum-Ta-Lae, very very delicious, especially eat with Kao-Neal (sticky rice). I can't eat a raw food then for Gung-Chair-Num-Pla, I had to put it in microwave for 30 seconds before, so spicy.

Thanks to P'Mai and family to invite me to her house which not made me feel lonely in dark and cold Swedish new year.
Thanks to P'Kai for inviting.

Miss you a lot Dad & Mom, I hope to celebrate with you in next year!

I think I am good luck about people. I'm always helped by many people. I really thanks all of you who give me a hand and kindness. Your help make me strength to fight the problem in my life, especially my family and friends in Linkoping.

Now, I feel free to do many thing like looking for a proper job, part time job and find earth science course. Then I'll try to update this blog faster cause a lot of free time. :)

Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo (Fried Slice pork with yellow curry)

Last 2 weeks, I went to my lovey friend, Tina, and cooked Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo or Fried Slice pork with yellow curry. I'm not sure it's Thai food or Indian food but it tasted good (I though). Then I wrote roughly recipe here to remind me one time I cook, haha.

Pad-Pong-Ka-Ree-Moo (Fried Slice pork with yellow curry)
Ingredient :

Slice pork
Yellow curry power
Slice garlic tree
Smash garlic
Egg
Milk
Oil
Soy source

Direction :

Pour oil on a pan wait for a while till the oil get warm
Put smash garlic and fry till it get yellow (don't fry too long it'll burn)
Put pork and fry till be cooked then pour some soy sauce
Pound an egg on a bowl mix with yellow curry power and milk
Put the mixed egg on the pan fry them together till the egg is cooked
Put Slice garlic tree and mix together
Put a seasonal (Optional)
Serve

I try to support ecology product as much as my money can. It's quite easy for to find ecology product in Sweden. Swedish peoples have actually concerned about environment i.e. global warming. In a shop store, you can find many ecology products which a bit more expensive than normal products.

Allergic Lip Conditioner

Some ingredients of lip conditioner make small spot all over my lips. It's very hard to find a lip conditioner that suit your lips. I don't know why but I sort of allergic with a perfume in the lip conditioner. The one that I use now is 'Eucerin Lip Repair', it had been sale before but now ... quite hard to get one.

Materials Science of Thin Films: Deposition & Structure by Milton Ohring is a book that I read recently. I have a lot of trouble with this book, it contain a lot of think that you want to know about thin films, a lot of detail. Some of detail have made me headache.

It has twelve chapters: ‘A Review of Materials Science’, ‘Vacuum Science and Technology’, ‘Thin-Film Evaporation Processes’, ‘Discharges, Plasmas, and Ion-Surface Interactions’, ‘Plasma and Ion Beam Processing of Thin Films’, ‘Chemical Vapor Deposition’, ‘Substrate Surfaces and Thin-Film Nucleation’, ‘Epitaxy’, ‘Film Structure’, ‘Characterization of Thin Films and Surfaces’, ‘Interdiffusion, Reactions, and Transformations in Thin Films’, ‘Mechanical Properties of Thin Films’, respectively.

The most read chapter is ‘Substrate Surface and Thin-Film Nucleation’. I still have some stupid problem in my mind when I read this chapter. May be I should ask someone who can answer me.
